We provide two healthy snacks per day based on Canada's Food Guide. These are a $1.00 a day to help with grocery costs.

Parent can provide lunch or sign up for our Hot Lunch Program. Our kitchen staff makes sure that lunches are properly stored and heated if necessary prior to being served.

We offer a hot lunch program 5 days a week. Cost is $3.50 per lunch.

Parents will be billed for any absences on their scheduled dates beyond the allotted sick or vacation days.

Full time attendees will be allocated 5 sick days per year and 10 vacation days per year. (The year is defined as April 1 -March 31)

Part time attendees will be calculated on a prorated basis.

Parents are required to notify the center of vacation days in advance.

If a child is absent for more than their allotted vacation time, parents are responsible for paying for absent days. If parents refuse to do so they will be considered withdrawn.

Note: Parents are required to provide a two week notice of withdrawal, change to fewer hours, or vacation.

Special Closures: December 24 -close at 12:30 and December 31 - close at 4:30 p.m.

The center recognizes the need for compassionate leave after the death of an immediate family member (parent, sibling, grandparent). Approval shall be given by the director. Maximum period without penalty is one week. Consideration may be given in all other cases.
